The Paleo Recipe Book
It was a huge adjustment changing my unorthodox and or American way of eating to the caveman/paleo diet. After a couple of weeks I found myself searching for the paleo recipe book online to avoid reaching a plateau of boredom with the meal eating plan.
My Early Transition
At first I started with simply the information that was available for free online in learning the paleo/caveman way of eating. The hardest part initially was staying away from the grains and potatoes that I had to omit from my diet. Also, the fact that I enjoyed my Starbucks with cream and sugar once or twice a day as a staple in my daily routine made it difficult to drop sugar and dairy.
Having said that, I have to admit that going sugar-free and dairy free was a pretty significant change for me. There are obviously a few other things as well but those are the minor ones that stick out in my mind at this minute.
The part of the diet that I did enjoy quite a bit was of course the ability to eat meat, fish, shellfish, as well as a large variety of vegetables and eggs.
The Paleo Recipe Book to End My Meal Eating Boredom
As with any other diet that I have personally tried, I found myself starting to get bored with the constant stalemate of always eating the same foods. In my quest to discover some really good paleo diet recipes, I found a couple of really good sources, or books, but have really come to use a lot and really grow fond of the recipes inside these manuals.
Being that I’m from the new school of the “I want it now!” generation, I didn’t want to take the time and go searching for these books in stores. What’s the best way to indulge in that mentality of I want it now-ed-ness, is to turn to the internet. The next thing I personally look for is a downloadable version of the book, yes I could buy it from Amazon and yes it will be here within a week but I want it now.
The Paleo Recipe Book Is Very Well Thought Out
When you are looking for just the right paleo diet recipes, I strongly recommend instant access e-book format. The reasons are obvious. The first recipe book I always recommend is a cookbook but I found to be very handy. It contains about 400 recipes covering pretty much everything you can imagine. If you are going to buy just one book to supplement this particular diet, I would strongly recommend this one is my favorite so far. You can view it by clicking here. When you purchase this particular book it also comes with a meal eating plan for absolutely zero dollars. Just to get used organizing and structuring your meals I find it to be a useful add on to the purchase.
Eating With Common Sense + The Paleo Diet
Common sense eating is pretty well what this is all about. Our ancestry of the Paleolithic era would’ve had foraging knowledge which would translate to knowing and understanding from experience which plants and greens are edible. Utilizing our modern knowledge, we can expand on what they learned and add spices and herbs together with meats to make some fantastic recipes. Not to mention that these are going to be some of the most tasty meals that you could hope to prepare yourself, with the right instructions of course which are all included in the paleo recipe book. I hope you found my little rant educational and if you do grab that book, enjoy!
